Happy Christmas

On Tuesday our school family came together for our Christmas Concert. P1-3 performed a show called A King is Born and P4-7 performed Christmas: The Real Meaning, a play that was expertly written by our very own Miss Rainey.

The children were outstanding, both shows were full of song and humour whilst at the same time reminding us of the very important fact that Jesus is the Reason for the Season. We are so proud of every child, they worked so hard to learn lines and were so patient throughout rehearsals. Well done to ALL involved.

We would like to thank ALL staff, pupils and parents for their help and support in making this a concert to remember!

Thanks also to everyone who bought raffle tickets for the Christmas Hamper draw – the winners were – Betty Stewart, Colette Ansell and Stephanie Kidd (Amanda Farquhar sent her hamper back in to be re drawn).

The total amount raised for school funds was £665.

Our recent Craft Fair raised £790 and our Christmas Post raised £98.

Thank you to each and every one of you for your help and support. A special word of thanks to those in our Parents and Friends Group who helped out in so many ways during this busy period in school, we really do value your support.

Finally, on behalf of all staff – it is our prayer that the God of peace would fill the homes of every member of our school family during this festive season and in the year ahead.

God Bless
